Breast Anatomy

To better take care of our breast, we have to know its anatomy. Our bodies have a network of lymph (limf) nodes and lymph vessels that collect and carry watery, clear lymph fluid and blood. Lymph nodes are small collections of tissue that work as filters for harmful substances and help us fight infection.

Traditional bras pressure the lymphs in the side and the cup in the breast

Constriction or squeezing of the arm may increase the pressure in nearby blood vessels. This can lead to increased fluid and swelling (much like water building up behind a dam)

As you see, our Bras are extremelly flexible, this means that doesn't preasure the lymph nodes and the blood can fluid correctly.
How to prevent lymphs constriction
